I have been working in the mortgage industry since 2015, although the foundations were set long before that. My dad spent around forty years as a mortgage broker and built a respected firm with a strong team behind him. Growing up, I watched how he worked with clients, how he explained complex things in simple language and how much trust people had in him. From an early age, I knew I wanted to follow a similar path and run my own firm.
When I started out, I didn’t work for anyone else. I went straight into being self-employed and building my own business from the ground up. I began in South London, learning quickly how lenders think, how cases are assessed and how important it is to take time to get every application right. Eventually, I expanded and opened my firm in Oxford, and we now help clients across the whole of the UK.

Although we advise on every type of mortgage, we have become well known for dealing with more specialist and complex situations. A big part of our work includes helping clients with Birmingham Midshires mortgages, product transfers and remortgages, and navigating their specific criteria and systems. Over the years, we have also built a strong reputation for supporting first-time buyers, home movers, landlords, people remortgaging for better rates, and clients raising capital. We also help those using shared ownership schemes, right to buy, clients with challenging or adverse credit, foreign nationals, airline and pilot mortgages, H1 and high income structures, gifted deposits, joint borrower sole proprietor cases, benefits-based income, student let mortgages, commercial lending and buyers purchasing properties without EWS1 forms. Our experience means we can handle straightforward cases, complex situations and everything in between.
Protection advice is something we take seriously as well. We guide clients through life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and buildings and contents insurance so they are fully supported from every angle rather than simply placed into a mortgage without proper planning.
